Under his leadership, SportzCraft built over 40 school/college shooting ranges, certified 300+ coaches, and conducted pre-national events. National championship participation surged from 2,200 in 2012 to over 25,000 in 2025, winning FICCI's Best Sports Company in the Private Sector award in 2014.
